I made yet another pair of Big Butt Baby Pants, otherwise known as B3Ps. I’m incredibly pleased with how these turned out! I tried really hard to be precise and finish the seams and construction-wise, these are hands down my best pair. I used Rae’s new method for sewing the back panel, which I’ll use from here on out. Not a single pucker. Next pair I really want to try adding pockets. You can see the other (adorable) pairs that I’ve made here and here.
I should mention Baby is currently OBSESSED with vacuuming and his Curious George stuffy. My sister made him those cute flannel poufy balls for Christmas.
The gray and navy blue corduroy is either from Joann’s or Mill End. The numerical print (used on the pant cuffs) is from Fabric Depot. You can also get it here. The print is called Numeri Piccoli from Michael Miller and POOP FACE I just realized the numbers are upside down on the right cuff. Fiddlesticks! Perhaps Baby will learn his numbers better if they’re facing him? Perhaps. This boy is busy in his new pants!

NEWS FLASH: I was recently notified that I was selected to be a pattern tester for Sew Liberated Patterns. Hundreds of applicants applied, and I am just thrilled and so incredibly honored to be part of their select team. In fact, I may have shouted out in excitement and danced a jig in celebration. Several times. I’m doing it again now actually. YEA!
